«Synthesis of Paths Towards Water Security of Central Asia»

Bali, Indonesia - Within the framework of the Asia-Pacific regional process of the 10th World Water Forum, the Chairman of the IFAS Executive Committee A.Orazbay addressed the general session of the Central Asia subregion titled: “Synthesis of Paths Towards Water Security of Central Asia”.
In his speech, A. Orazbay spoke about the results of the subregional session held jointly by the IFAS Executive Committee, the CAWEP team and the International Water Assessment Center on the topic “Transboundary water cooperation in the Aral Sea basin for a better future.”
The Chairman of EC IFAS presented the final proposals developed at this session as a result of discussions among the event participants.
