The head of the Information and Analytical Department of the Executive Committee of IFAS, Saule Shalmaganbetova participated in the 3rd Regional Forum of Basin Organizations.

On June 10, 2024, Saule Shalmaganbetova participated in an event organized by GIZ as part of the 3rd High-Level International Conference on the International Decade for Action "Water for Sustainable Development" 2018-2028 in Dushanbe, Tajikistan.

The Forum showcased tools, institutions, and government strategies for basin management in Central Asia, alongside international experiences in managing transboundary river basins.
