Saving the Aral Sea and the Project Implementation Unit is Astana city; from January 1, 2027, the 3-year 
chairmanship of IFAS will change from Kazakhstan to Uzbekistan, and no later than May 1, 2027, the 
Project Implementation Unit should be opened in Uzbekistan under the IFAS Executive Committee), the 
Republic of Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Republic of Uzbekistan.
