Geneva, Switzerland, June 19–20, 2025 – Chairman of the Executive Committee of the International Fund for Saving the Aral Sea (EC IFAS), Askhat Orazbay, participated in and delivered a speech at the 2nd Global Forum on Transboundary Water “New Frontiers for Transboundary Water Management, Financing and Cooperation”.
